Thank you, Marion, for being such a wonderful second mother to me since I first met you. Thank you for your kindness, understanding, love, inspiration, and everything else you have given throughout your life. Thank you for being there. Thank you for your wonderful daughter who I will cherish as one of my best friends for the rest of my life; I can see much of you in her and I know she will make you proud.
I will never forget you, and it will forever be my regret that I was too far away to visit you in the end. It is a mercy that you are no longer suffering, and I hope you continue to watch over family and friends for years to come.
Dear Marion, I am so saddened to hear that you are no longer with us. I have always enjoyed visiting your blog and seeing all the wonderful paintings that you created. You are truly a gifted artist. You are and always will be my inspiration.
I am so sad to learn of Marion's passing. Her work is so vibrant- her use of color extraordinary. I've admired this for many years now. Rest in peace Marion, you've brought so much beauty to the world. Fellow Daily Painter, Roxanne.
My deepest condolences to Marion's family, she was a brilliant artist who loved the earth and nature - she is a lost treasure. Many prayers to you all.
I found Marions' blog just this past year, at the age of 50 just starting my own artistic journey. Her use of color and the joy that came through her artwork is so inspiring. Her spirit is eternal, and I feel somewhere she must be painting and expressing herself as only she can. My thoughts are with all her friends and family at this time.
I am deeply sorry for your loss. My mother passed away seven years ago today, and I still think about her every day. I will miss seeing Marion's great work, and I will be thinking about you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Very sorry to hear this. Marion's vibrant work inspired me when I first began to paint, about 6 years ago. Her passion for life showed in her beautiful paintings. My deepest condolences to the family. She will be missed.
I just discovered Marion Rose and I want you to know that your mom's work has brought joy and inspiration to my life. She has certainly left a legacy! May the Lord bless and keep her.

I was very sad to see your posting today. My students and I were just talking about how much we love your mother's amazing work. While she'll be greatly missed please know that she'll live on as an inspiration in the art community.
It had become a habit to start the daily evening web experience by looking at Marion Rose's new fresh bright paintings. Sad that she is no more. Shall always remember her.
It was a shock to see two dates under Marion's name. I have just discovered her paintings and am looking at them every day. She brought so much joy and beauty into the world. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MARION!

My God, so sorry to hear that, God bless her soul,

Not a more suitable photo could have shown her sweet calm and gentle spirit. We will truly miss our artist friend.
Marion will be in my heart FOREVER. A true inspiration in every way.
